  1. Table 2 shows the classification of the questions of the tourists as well as their categories. The first category contains the questions about the ingredients of a particular food. Questions about the taste were classified under the ingredients category as we considered that the ingredients of the food can give an idea about the taste (salty, sweet, sour, etc.). The second category includes the questions about the usage. The last category includes general questions about the composition and the usage of the food
