This is the sample of the test that was used for measuring students’ understanding of system dynamics. It consists of problem-1 and problem-2 that deal with the “bathtub system” (learning task) and a simple electric circuit (transfer task) respectively. Problem-1 and problem-2 include eight and seven questions respectively. The questions ask either the local characteristics of model components, the global behavior of the system, or the change in system behavior due to the change of conditions.
